The promise
The 10% token you pay at signing is fully refundable for seven calendar days from the moment Razorpay confirms it cleared.
We mean "no questions asked" literally — you don't owe us an explanation, a feedback form, or a phone call. Email the address at the bottom of this page with your order number and we'll refund.
How fast
- We initiate the refund within one business day of receiving your email.
- Razorpay settles the credit back to the original payment method in three to five business days.
- You'll see two notifications — one from us when we send the instruction, one from Razorpay when the money lands.
After day 7
Once the refund window closes, the token applies toward your first invoice. From that point on, your per-sqft rate is locked even if our public pricing moves.

How to claim a refund
- Email — send your order number (the
DD-YYYY-NNNID from the success page) to the address below. - WhatsApp — message the same details to +91 63607 15969.
- We confirm receipt by reply within two hours during business hours.
