The 10% token
The token reserves your build slot the moment it clears. It's refundable in full for the first seven days, no questions asked — request it by email and we'll process within two business days.
After day seven, the token counts toward your first invoice and locks in the per-sqft rate quoted at checkout, even if our public pricing changes between then and your foundation pour.
How long the quote is honored
Your quote is honored as long as scope doesn't change. Square footage, BHK count, plot dimensions, every add-on you ticked at checkout — those numbers stay.
Material or finish substitutions, layout reworks, or scope additions go through a transparent change order: you see the delta in paise before approving, and we write it back to the invoice schedule.
Stage gates and invoicing
Construction progresses through gated stages — foundation, structure, MEP, finishes, handover. Each gate has a published quality and safety checklist; the next invoice does not issue until the current gate passes a third-party QA inspection.
If a gate fails, we re-work at our cost and re-inspect. You see the delay cost line item in your dashboard, deducted from the next invoice.
Warranties and after-care
- Structural — 10 years, transferable.
- Waterproofing — 6 to 15 years depending on the SKU tier you picked.
- Workmanship on finishes — 2 years, with one free touch-up visit included.

Cancellation
Cancel anytime before foundation pour and we refund all invoices issued, minus the cost of pre-construction services already delivered (soil tests, drawings, permits). The line items are itemised — no opaque "miscellaneous" charges.
After foundation pour, cancellation is by mutual agreement based on the construction state.
