What “pilot deployment” means
The Upscape Build™ storefront and connected services are currently in a pre-launch pilot phase. The operating entity is Speckle Interiors Private Limited, a company registered in India. We are refining content, pricing, packages, and operational workflows in real time, with a limited group of customers, before opening the platform to general commercial trading.
This page sets out, in plain language, what that status means for anything you see on the site, anything you book, and anything you pay during this phase. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Information accuracy
Everything published on this storefront — including but not limited to prices, per-square-foot rates, package specifications, material brands, finish options, project timelines, gallery photos, completed-project counts, and feature availability — is illustrative and reflects our current best estimates during the pilot.
Any of this information may change without prior notice as we refine the offering. We make reasonable efforts to keep the storefront accurate, but during the pilot you must not rely on a specific number, brand, or claim shown on the storefront as a guarantee. Final, verifiable specifications are issued only in writing through the pre-construction stage.
No binding commercial offer
Nothing on this storefront constitutes a binding offer under section 10 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The pricing tiles, package cards, configurator outputs, and on-screen quote estimates are invitations to treat — a starting point for a conversation, not a contract.
A binding commercial offer from Speckle Interiors Private Limited arises only when both of the following are true:
- We issue a Letter of Acceptance on Speckle Interiors Private Limited letterhead, signed by an authorised signatory, that specifies the project scope, agreed price, payment milestones, and timeline; and
- You countersign that Letter of Acceptance and return it to us through the channel stated on the letter.
Until both signatures are in place, no quote, payment hold, configurator output, automated reply, WhatsApp message, or call from our team binds Speckle Interiors Private Limited to a price, a timeline, or a scope.
Pilot account and data handling
Accounts created during the pilot, including any cart, configuration, quote draft, or correspondence linked to them, are handled with the same care as full-launch accounts and are protected by our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
During the pilot we may also need to reset, anonymise, or migrate pilot accounts as we move from pilot to general availability — for example to update schemas, correct test data, or merge a pilot record into a full customer profile. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice through the channels you have already used to contact us, and any monies paid will be treated under the cancellation and refund terms in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
To request deletion of your pilot account or any associated data, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page. We will action verified requests within the timelines set out there.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in this Pilot Deployment Notice extends our liability beyond what is set out in our Terms of Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any information shown on the storefront during the pilot, or out of any pre-contractual communication, is limited to a refund of amounts you have paid us in connection with that communication.
Liability for any executed construction project remains governed exclusively by the signed construction agreement for that project, not by this Notice or by the storefront.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This Notice is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, this Notice is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Grievance and contact
Questions, corrections, or complaints about anything in this Notice — including a request to remove or correct any information shown on the storefront — can be addressed to us through any of the channels listed on our Privacy Policy or by emailing the address at the bottom of this page. We acknowledge every grievance within two business days and resolve verified requests within the timelines set out in our published policies.
If you believe a specific page on the storefront materially misrepresents pricing, scope, or availability, please tell us — we'll review and correct within one business day of verification.
